E.R. Becker Marketing & Consulting, LLC
Looking at the Big Picture
E.R. Becker Marketing & Consulting, LLC is a consultancy that helps companies look at the sales and marketing big picture to make sure they’re taking advantage of the right online and offline channels to reach their audiences and that they’re integrating their efforts for efficiency and productivity. The most important part of our process is that we connect the dots between sales, marketing and overall business objectives to assure bottom line results. It’s an investment rather than cost-based approach. We work directly with small-to-mid-sized and venture/equity-funded companies under pressure to demonstrate results. We also work with sales and marketing agencies on behalf of their clients.
How are we different from other consultants? Our process goes far beyond sales and marketing tactics. We examine all stakeholder groups — business partnerships, vendors, buyers, influencers – for practical and often-overlooked opportunities to drive sales. We also dive into pricing structure, the technology stack, org charts, subscriber churn — any structural area that can either enable revenue building or impede it. In addition, we determine meaningful KPIs that can reveal revenue success or failure.
Our approach is ever more important today. In a recent trend, many companies are insourcing marketing as a “cost saving” measure that they also believe will give them greater control over pipeline development and lead gen. What we’ve seen is that this kind of move is in reality a throwing up of hands in a technology environment full of new and shiny objects and specialists to implement them.
E.R. Becker Marketing & Consulting and its leader, Ellie Becker, bring a highly experienced outside idea to the table to assess your program and put you in the right direction toward success.
